As a recent secondary mutation, she has the power to transform herself into an organic diamond state with indestructible skin. She cannot use her telepathic abilities while in her diamond form. Personality: Emma is the epitome of "Ice Queen" from her dress to her attitude. She dresses in a deliberately provocative way because it gives her power, makes people underestimate her, and by then they're already beaten. Her diamond-hard exterior seems only the material manifestation of the woman she is, and that's the face that the world sees. Underneath it, however, is a deep and abiding sorrow at the losses she's incurred through her own ambition. She has no regrets for her ambition, but after losing her first group of students, then another, to anti-mutant terrorism, she's come to realize that her way of doing things has faults for which Xavier's teachings can compensate.
